Cancellation Policy

1. Session Details Sessions are 1 - 2.5 hours in length. All sessions are over Zoom unless an in-person location is previously arranged. You will receive a confirmation email with your session details after booking. Arrive on time and prepared. 2. Payment Payment is due at the time of booking. If the booking is approved for the time slot you request, you will be charged. All sessions are non-refundable, but can be rescheduled (see below). 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for rescheduling or refund, except in emergency situations. If you miss your session without notice, it will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable. 4. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. If you're late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. After 15 minutes with no communication, the session is considered a no-show. 5. Confidentiality All information shared during your session is confidential and held in a sacred, safe space. 6. Responsibility & Readiness Heart Counsel sessions are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. By booking, you acknowledge you are emotionally and physically able to participate in this experience. 7. Sacred Commitment This is a co-created space of transformation and presence. Please arrive with intention, openness, and in a quiet, undisturbed environment.
